Service Guarantee & Standards
Apex Damage Restoration follows professional mitigation procedures. All emergency dispatches include a written restoration plan and fixed scope of work before structural repairs begin.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of emergency damage restoration services provided by Apex Damage Restoration LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By placing a call to (720) 698-9100 or submitting an online emergency dispatch request, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Emergency Dispatch Policy
Our rapid response standard applies to active emergency calls within Aurora, CO and our 8 primary service areas (Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Commerce City, Thornton, Centennial, Littleton, and Englewood). While our dispatch units maintain immediate readiness, severe weather events or hazardous road conditions may affect travel times.
3. Authorization for Emergency Mitigation
To prevent secondary damage, structural collapse, or mold growth within 24 to 48 hours, property owners authorize Apex Damage Restoration to perform emergency water extraction, containment, HEPA air filtration, and moisture stabilization upon site arrival.
4. Written Scope of Work & Pricing
Emergency water extraction and drying services start at $1,500 for a single affected area. Complete whole-floor or mold remediation projects are evaluated on-site, and a fixed written scope of work with itemized pricing is provided before non-emergency repair work commences.
5. Insurance Billing & Property Owner Responsibility
We provide full insurance claim assistance and photo/moisture documentation compliant with Xactimate standards. While we bill insurance carriers directly upon request, the property owner remains responsible for any applicable insurance deductibles or non-covered repairs specified in their insurance policy.
6. Governing Law
